What’s for breakfast?

I have a really hard time resisting these Pumpkin Protein Bars from Jamie Eason. They are so darn good you think they are bad for ya lol. But they aren’t, in fact they are super good for you. I switch out the xylitol with stevia, just personal preference. One of these, a cup of coffee, and my day is off to a fantastic start!
